Living Streets Walkability Project makes life better on foot

Living Streets Walkability Project is winding down. But life is better in four district centres in outer London for people on foot. There has been a major town centre improvement scheme in Dagenham Heathway, with over 500 metres of railing removed, making the road much easier to cross.
